进入20世纪后,在西学东渐之风的吹拂下,不少学科都亟待向现代转型,美术史亦不例外。中国传统的美术史研究以画品、画录等为主要研究形式,充满了感性而经验的论述,与西方近现代重视观念、方法及逻辑体系的美术史研究相比,有较大差异。民国时期的上海思想活跃、西风劲猛,而1912年创立于上海的上海美专云集了国内一批重要的画家及理论家,在西风的吹拂下,他们试图以现代的观念和方法,系统地阐述美术史的进程及演进的规律,推进美术史写作的现代转型。本文选取了三位有代表性的、曾任教于上海美专的教师及他们的美术史著作加以分析,说明上海美专在
After entering the 20th century, under the influence of the wind of western learning, many subjects are in urgent need of transition to the modern era. Art history is no exception. The study of Chinese traditional art history mainly focuses on paintings and pictorials.
