省政府决定对《吉林省取水许可制度实施细则》作如下修改:一、第二十五条修改为“取水许可证不得伪造、涂改或转让。”二、第二十七条修改为“有下列行为之一的,由县级以上水行政主管部门责令其停止取水,埘违法行为所使用的设备可以依法予以登记保存:(一)违反本细则第二条、第二卜六条规定,不向水行政主管部门申领或更换取水许可证的;(二)违反本细则第十八条规定,未经水行政主管部门验收而擅自启用取水工程或设施的;
The provincial government decided to make the following modifications to the Implementation Rules of the Permit System for Water Abstraction in Jilin Province: 1. Article 25 is amended to read ”Water Permits shall not be forged, altered or transferred.“ 2. Article 27 is amended as ”One of the following acts shall be ordered by a water administrative department at or above the county level to stop taking water. The equipment used for the illegal act may be registered and kept according to law: (1) In violation of the provisions of Article 2 and Article 6 of these Detailed Rules, (2) Violating the provisions of Article 18 of these Detailed Rules and Enactment, without the permission of the water administrative department, to activate the water intake project or the facility without approval of the water administrative department;
