试验以园土为对照,对盐碱地上桑树“大十”的叶片和果实的营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:盐碱土中桑果和桑叶维生素C和蛋白质的含量均显著高于对照,其中桑果中维生素C的含量为对照的3.67倍,蛋白质的含量为对照的1.48倍。盐碱土中桑果大部分矿质元素的含量均高于对照,其中P的含量是对照的2.06倍;桑叶中的微量元素均低于对照,其中Fe和Mn的含量与对照差异显著。盐碱土中桑果必需氨基酸的含量是对照的1.56倍,总氨基酸的含量是对照的1.53倍;而桑叶中必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的含量均明显低于对照,分别是对照的65.30%和80.26%。两种土壤中桑果和桑叶必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例相差不大,均在40%左右。
In the experiment, the nutrients of the leaves and fruits of mulberry “Dazu” in saline-alkali soil were analyzed with the control of soil and water. The results showed that the contents of vitamin C and protein in mulberry and mulberry leaves were significantly higher than those in the control. The content of vitamin C in mulberry fruit was 3.67 times that of the control and the protein content was 1.48 times that of the control. The contents of most of the mulberry elements in saline-alkali soil were higher than those in the control, in which the content of P was 2.06 times of that of the control. The contents of trace elements in mulberry leaves were lower than those in the control. The content of essential amino acids in mulberry in saline-alkali soil was 1.56 times of the control, and the total amino acid content was 1.53 times of that in the control. The contents of essential amino acids and total amino acids in mulberry leaves were significantly lower than those of the control, which were 65.30% and 80.26 %. Two kinds of soil mulberry and mulberry essential amino acids accounted for the proportion of total amino acids or less, are about 40%.
