“哑效应”指个体不愿意传递令人不悦的坏消息,它阻碍了信息的有效流动,从而使个体很少或很难获得与之相关的有效的负面信息,进而给个体和组织带来不利的影响。鉴于此,文章首先阐述了消极反馈的内涵、作用以及与“哑效应”的关系,接着从管理者、员工和组织本身三个层面分析了“哑效应”形成的原因,并探求消除“哑效应”现象的策略。
