创造人格因素对创造能力的培养具有直接作用,研究创造人格对人才能力培养具有重要意义。当代大学生创造人格特征的形成受自身、家庭、学校和社会环境等因素的影响,其人格培养一要从“大教育”观念出发,采取切实有效的措施,为大学生创造人格的形成提供良好的环境;二要从“大课堂”的观念出发,把人格教育深入到学生生活的各个层面,在校园中形成“立体式”的教学模式。
