学习型组织的管理思想引入我国后,引起我国理论工作者和实际工作者的高度重视。江泽民同志在2001年5月15日亚太经合组织人力资源能力建设高峰会议上发表的“五点主张”中,其第二点就是“构建终身教育体系,创建学习型社会”。江泽民同志的重要讲话,在新的高度、广度和深度上阐明了创建学习型社会的深远意义,为创建学习型组织指明了总的方向。 在创建学习型组织方兴未艾的新形势下,为了深入研究和支持学习型组织的创建活动,探讨创建“学习型城区”、“学习型社区”等活动,上海市思想政治工作研究会、市委宣传部宣传处就学习型组织的基本内涵、结构要素,以及“学习型组织”原理在创建“学习型社区”中的运用等问题进行了研讨。今将会议观点摘编刊出,以供参考。
After the introduction of the management thinking of learning organization into our country, it has aroused the great attention of our theoretical workers and practical workers. Among the “Five-Point Proposition” issued by Comrade Jiang Zemin at the APEC Human Resources Capacity Building Summit on 15 May 2001, the second point is “building a life-long education system and creating a learning society.” In his important speech, Comrade Jiang Zemin elucidated the far-reaching significance of establishing a learning society in a new height, breadth and depth and pointed out the general direction for establishing a learning organization. In order to further study and support the founding activities of learning organizations under the new situation of creating learning organizations, and to explore such activities as the establishment of “learning-oriented cities” and “learning communities”, the Shanghai Research Association of Ideological and Political Work, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee The Propaganda Department discussed the basic connotation and structural elements of learning organization and the application of “learning organization principle” in creating “learning community.” The meeting summary of the views now published for reference.
