作者从1968年至1980年在 Loma Linda 大学医学中心复习了16例原发性醛固酮增多症的醛固酮引起肾上腺腺瘤,其中男性8例;女性8例,年龄为33～67岁,平均50岁。皆有头痛、全身乏力、多尿、频渴和眩晕症状。1例有数次晕厥发作,另1例虽无心电图缺血改变,但受外界刺激有胸部绞痛。所有病人收缩血压在140～250 mmHg:舒张血压在90～140mmHg。1例病人有20年的高血压病史,大多数病
The author reviewed 16 cases of aldosterone-induced adrenal adenomas in primary aldosteronism at the Loma Linda University Medical Center from 1968 to 1980, including 8 males and 8 females, aged 33 to 67 years, with an average age of 50 years. All have headaches, general weakness, polyuria, thirst and dizziness. In one case, there were several episodes of syncope. In the other case, there was no electrocardiographic ischemia but there was chest colic with external stimulation.
