建筑市场的扩大引起劳动力的不足,全民企业、集体企业和个体企业相互吸引劳动力,又使许多企业骨干人员外流,实力下降,有的企业甚至面临倒闭的危险。怎样调动职工积极性,稳定骨干队伍,增强企业竞争力呢?我们认为,稳定骨干队伍的措施是多方面的,但其中最关键的是把搞好经济分配同做好人的思想工作紧密结合起来,使企业形成强大的凝聚力。一、统一思想认识,做好过细工作。各级领导要充分认识到经济分配工作的重要性,把搞好经济分配作为当前的一项重大事
The expansion of the construction market has caused a shortage of labor. All national enterprises, collective enterprises, and individual enterprises have attracted labor to each other, which has led to the outflow of many key personnel from enterprises and the decline in their strength.
