为探讨陈化处理对秸秆生物炭理化性质的影响,采用冻融和干湿方法分别对不同热解温度(350、500和650℃)下制备的棉花秸秆生物炭进行陈化处理,对比分析新鲜和陈化生物炭的理化性质.结果表明,热解温度、环境温度、湿度和陈化时间是影响生物炭理化性质的主要因素.陈化处理可以加速生物炭表面发生氧化反应,增加生物炭表面的酸性官能团,进而降低生物炭的pH值.生物炭经过陈化处理后,其C含量减少,O含量增加,这也归因于生物炭的氧化反应.陈化处理可以增加生物炭的比表面积和微孔体积,且新鲜和陈化生物炭的孔隙结构主要以介孔为主.陈化处理还可以破坏生物炭表面较完整的形状,降低生物炭的稳定性.
