近年来,随着城市水利水务建设力度的不断加大,该领域工程建设过程中部分国家工作人员及相关人员职务犯罪现象层出不穷,使国家和人民遭受重大经济损失,严重破坏了政府公信力。文章结合北京市近年来水利水务建设领域职务犯罪案例,重点分析案件主要特点和产生原因,试图提出该类犯罪预防的可行性建议。
In recent years, along with the continuous construction of urban water conservancy and water conservancy projects, part-time job-related crimes of some state workers and related personnel in the process of project construction in this area have been followed incessantly, causing great economic losses to the country and its people and seriously undermining the government’s credibility. Combining with the cases of job-related crimes in the field of water conservancy and water conservancy construction in Beijing in recent years, the article focuses on analyzing the main features of the case and its causes, and attempts to put forward feasible suggestions on the prevention of such crimes.
