步行与非机动车交通作为绿色、低碳、环保的出行方式,其发展符合以人为本和可持续发展的理念。南京南站地区作为客流密集的枢纽门户地区,慢行出行需求高,在该地区开展慢行规划能够更好地引导形成鼓励公交和慢行的科学出行模式,提升地区环境品质。借鉴国内外慢行交通发展理念,规划提出了适合南站枢纽地区自身发展特色的慢行交通系统规划,对枢纽地区慢行交通的规划理念、发展目标与实施策略进行了系统研究,并对慢行网络、慢行节点、慢行交通运行管理以及慢行环境品质等四方面进行深入规划。最后,规划充分结合控制性详细规划和城市设计,对慢行交通规划内容进行了较深入地控制落地。
As a green, low-carbon and environmentally friendly means of transportation, walking and non-motorized transport are in line with people-oriented and sustainable development. As a densely populated hub port area in Nanjing South Railway Station, the demand for slow-moving travel is high. Slow planning in this area can better guide the formation of a scientific mode of travel that encourages public transportation and slow travel, and enhances the regional environmental quality. Draw lessons from the concept of slow traffic development both at home and abroad, plan a plan of slow traffic system which is suitable for its own development characteristics in the hub area of South Railway Station, systematically study the planning concept, development goal and implementation strategy of slow traffic in the hub area, Line network, slow node, slow traffic management and slow environment quality and other aspects of in-depth planning. Finally, the plan fully incorporated the control detailed planning and urban design to carry out more thorough control over the contents of the traffic journeys.
