产妇在妊娠早期出现严重性持续性恶心、呕吐,呕吐物中存在胆汁或咖啡色物质即为妊娠剧吐.该症状多发于年轻初产妇,症状严重时甚至会导致脱水、酮症酸中毒,此时孕妇必须住院接受治疗.容易产生妊娠剧吐现象的时间为妊娠六周左右,在妊娠6-10周达到顶峰,一般会在妊娠12-16周后缓解至消失.若孕妇在此期间不能得到良好的护理将会影响胎儿宫内生长,从而使胎儿发育受到限制.
