X2105和X4105柴油机在转速1500转/分前提下连续12小时运转的额定功率应达到24和48马力。连续运转允许使用的最大功率,分别为21.6和43.2马力。大修后X105系列柴油机功率,能恢复到85—90%以上,关键在于掌握影响功率的各个因素。据我队情况初步分析,认为保证修后柴油机有较高的气缸压缩力和正确的配气相位,是决定能否有较大功率的第一个关键。第二个关键是燃料消耗等几个主要技术性能指标是否良好。现将影响功率恢复的各个主要因素分述如下。
The rated power of the X2105 and X4105 diesel engines for 12 hours of continuous operation at a speed of 1500 rpm shall be 24 and 48 hp. The maximum power allowed for continuous operation was 21.6 and 43.2 horsepower, respectively. After the overhaul, the power of the X105 series diesel engine can be restored to more than 85-90%. The key lies in grasping the various factors affecting the power. According to the preliminary analysis of the situation of our team, it is believed that the diesel engine has a higher cylinder compression force and a correct gas distribution phase after the repair, which is the first key to determine whether there is a higher power. The second key is whether several major technical performance indicators such as fuel consumption are good. The main factors affecting power recovery are now described below.
