目的了解贵州省花溪地区野生蛙科动物自然感染裂头蚴的情况。方法从贵州省花溪地区4个乡镇捕捉和收集野生蛙科动物,进行裂头蚴感染的剖解检查,并感染幼犬进行裂头蚴的虫种鉴定。结果花溪地区野生蛙主要是黑斑蛙,其裂头蚴自然感染率为16.01%(131/818),感染强度为1~113条,平均3.44条/蛙;经口服感染幼犬后,对虫卵和成虫的显微镜观察确定为曼氏迭宫绦虫。结论花溪地区野生蛙曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴的感染率较高,应当引起注意。
Objective To understand the natural infection of spawn in wild frog species in Huaxi area of Guizhou province. Methods Wild frogs were collected and collected from 4 townships in Huaxi area of Guizhou province. The animals were dissected and checked for infection of the sporozoite. Infected puppies were identified for their worm species. Results The wild frogs in Huaxi were mainly black-spotted frogs. The natural infection rate of spider larvae was 16.01% (131/818) and the infection intensity was 1 to 113 with an average of 3.44 / frogs. After oral infection of puppies, Microscopic observation of adult worms identified as Manning’s dwarf tapeworm. Conclusion The prevalence of clethrae larvae in the wild frog, Manfagus, in Huaxi, should be noted.
