一、引言几年来,液压计算机辅助测试(液压CAT)得到愈来愈广泛的应用。这与微机在我国日益普及有关,但更重要的是液压CAT本身具有十分突出的优点,主要有: 1、测试精度高。微机测试系统本身是一个高精度记录装置,采用12位A/D转换,精度达±0.1%;能实现液压参数的同步测量,通过对测试系统的反复标定,运用非线性拟合或线性插值等方法从而降低了测试系统的非线性误差;以及试验数据直接采集记录而避免了人工干与(如读数)引起的误差等等。
