品德评价是学校德育工作、班主任工作和品德学科教师面临的新课题,搞好学生的品德评价,对于促进学生的品德培养和良好行为习惯的养成,具有十分重要的意义。现在的品德评价存在片面和单一的问题,因此学生的品德评价,值得我们教育工作者把理性分析与实践探索相结合,制定出行之有效的评价策略。本文从小学生品德评价的原则、品德评价的策略和判断品德评价有效性的方法三个方面探讨适合小学生品德评价的有效策略。为推进和改善学生品德评价,增强德育实效性尽绵薄之力。
Moral evaluation is a new subject faced by school moral education, teacher-in-charge and moral subject teachers. It is of great significance to improve students’ moral evaluation and to promote their moral character cultivation and good behavior habits. Nowadays there is a one-sided and single problem in the moral evaluation. Therefore, the evaluation of the moral character of the students deserves our educators to combine the rational analysis with the practical exploration to formulate the effective evaluation tactics. This article discusses the effective strategies suitable for pupils’ moral evaluation from three aspects: the principle of moral assessment of pupils, the method of moral evaluation and the method of judging the validity of moral evaluation. In order to promote and improve the evaluation of students’ morality and enhance the effectiveness of moral education, they should make their best efforts.
