以对苯二甲酸和癸二胺为单体,采用一步熔融缩聚法合成了耐高温尼龙PA10T。采用特性黏数测试,傅里叶红外光谱分析,差示扫描量热法和热重分析对产物进行了表征分析。结果表明:该法获得的PA10T具有优良的热性能,当PTA摩尔分数为50%时,起始降解温度为423.8℃,热分解温度为460.1℃,熔点为312.71℃。该方法合成PA10T在简化了生产流程,降低了生产成本。
To terephthalic acid and decane diamine monomer, the use of one-step melt polycondensation synthesis of high temperature nylon PA10T. The product was characterized by intrinsic viscosity test, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that PA10T obtained by this method has excellent thermal properties. The initial degradation temperature is 423.8 ℃, the thermal decomposition temperature is 460.1 ℃ and the melting point is 312.71 ℃ when the molar fraction of PTA is 50%. The method to synthesize PA10T simplifies the production process and reduces the production cost.
