用Mossbauer谱研究了Fe85Zr9B6合金的纳米晶结构。结果表明,纳米晶化相是几乎不固溶其他元素的纯α-Fe相;在晶化过程中Zr.B原子逐渐富集;剩余非晶相由富Fe区和富Zr,B区组成。
The nanocrystalline structure of Fe85Zr9B6 alloy was studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The results show that the nanocrystalline phase is a pure α-Fe phase which is almost insoluble in other elements. During the crystallization, Zr. B atoms gradually enriched; the remaining amorphous phase from the rich Fe-rich and Zr-rich, B zone composition.
