我国的房地产经济已经有着不同种程度的“泡沫”成份,本文通过对房地产泡沫的概念的阐述,并结合相应的产生机理,对这些“泡沫”成份提出了相应的应对措施。
China’s real estate economy already has different levels of “bubble” components. Through the elaboration of the concept of the real estate bubble and the corresponding production mechanism, this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these “bubble” components.
