针对小流量发动机,以发动机进气流量作为反馈输入来控制发动机进气调压系统。首先,对进气系统进行了高空台半物理仿真试验。其次,建立了阀门上调、下调与PID补偿模型,并使用上下调试验数据对各种模型参数进行高阶多项式优化。最后,把各个模型在各调整工况下结合起来,对进气调压进行全过程模拟。其动态误差在0.471%内波动,而稳态误差在0.096%范围内。
For low-flow engines, engine intake flow is used as a feedback input to control the engine’s intake pressure regulation system. First of all, the air intake system was semi-physical simulation of altitude test. Secondly, the model of valve up-regulation, down-regulation and PID compensation was set up, and the high-order polynomials of various model parameters were optimized by using up-down test data. Finally, the various models are combined under various adjustment conditions to simulate the whole process of intake pressure regulation. Its dynamic error fluctuates within 0.471%, while the steady-state error is within 0.096%.
