An experimental calibration method of X-ray CCD quantum efficiency was established on a Beijing synchrotron radiation source. Quantum-efficiency experimental results of multiple X-ray energy points in the energy range of 1 50 e V ~ 1 50 0 e V were obtained. X-ray CCD quantum Efficiency simplified calculation model, and the X-ray CCD surface oil contamination on the quantum efficiency of the experimental study and correction
