目的探索飞行人员在编队飞行中心血管功能的适应性变化。方法对45名编队飞行人员在训练前后进行心血管功能检测,采用自身对照方法进行比较。结果飞行后收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压较飞行前有所升高,分别为121.82±13.51、80.42±8.56、97.47±10.68 mm Hg(P<0.05),心率、心输出量、心脏指数、每搏出量、每搏指数无明显变化(P>0.05),射血分数(0.61±0.07)有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论飞行人员在编队飞行训练中有良好的心血管功能的适应性,体现出良好的心脏储备。
Objective To explore the adaptive changes of pilots in the vascular center of the formation flight center. Methods Forty-five formative pilots were tested for cardiovascular function before and after training, and their self-control method was used for comparison. Results After the flight, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure were significantly higher than those before flight (121.82 ± 13.51,80.42 ± 8.56,97.47 ± 10.68 mm Hg, P <0.05). Heart rate, cardiac output, cardiac index, There was no significant difference in stroke volume (P> 0.05) and ejection fraction (0.61 ± 0.07) in stroke volume (P <0.05). Conclusion The pilots have good adaptability of cardiovascular function in formation flight training, which shows good heart reserve.
