军工企业要认真贯彻执行军民结合、平战结合、以军为主、以民养军的方针。周恩来同志早在第三届全国人民代表大会上所作的政府工作报告中就提出了国民经济建设要实行军民结合、平战结合的方针。十一届三中全会以来,中央领导同志又多次重申了这一方针。本文对无线电引信技术向民用产品转移的必要性、可能性以及转移中要解决的几个问题进行探讨,最后着重对无线电引信技术向民用以及其它军用领域的转移提出几个具体意见。 Military industrial enterprises should conscientiously implement the principle of combining military service with civilians, combining peacetime with wars, taking the army as the mainstay, and supporting the army by the people. As early as the report on the work of the government made by Comrade Zhou Enlai at the Third National People’s Congress, the principle of integrating military service with militarism and combining peace with war has been proposed in the national economic construction. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee, leaders of the Central Government have reiterated this principle on many occasions. This article explores the necessity and possibility of the transfer of radio fuze technology to civilian products and several problems to be solved in the transfer. Finally, we put forward several concrete opinions on the transfer of radio fuze technology to civilian and other military fields.
