应用铁水搅拌法加入碳酸钠和铁皮,可有效地同时脱除含钒铁水中的硫、磷、钒,钒形成可溶性钒酸钠进入渣相,直接水浸提取 V_2O_5,钒的转化率高达 92.0%。半钢磷和硫含量可以低于成品钢规格,能用无渣操作法炼钢。作者认为含钒铁水氧化钠化处理法的研究成功,将大大简化高炉和非高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿流程,综合回收钛、铁和钒。初步探讨了氧化钠化处理过程中脱磷、硫、钒反应的热力学和机理。
The addition of sodium carbonate and iron skin by hot metal stirring method can effectively remove sulfur, phosphorus, vanadium and vanadium from vanadium-bearing molten iron to form soluble vanadate into the slag phase, directly extract V_2O_5 by vanadium, the conversion rate of vanadium reaches as high as 92.0% . Semi-steel phosphorus and sulfur content can be lower than the finished steel specifications, steel slag-free operation can be used. The author believes that the successful research on the method of sodium oxide treatment of vanadium-bearing hot metal will greatly simplify the flow of vanadium-titanium magnetite from blast furnace and non-blast furnace, and comprehensively recover titanium, iron and vanadium. The thermodynamics and mechanism of dephosphorization, sulfur and vanadium reaction during sodium oxide treatment were discussed.
