近年来,我国竹荪人工栽培取得了较快进展.但由于竹荪菌丝体生长很缓慢,且种间差异较大,尤其是在培养基配制不当的情况下表现更为突出.因此,竹荪制种有一定的难度.自1987年以来,我们对长裙、短裙、红托、棘托竹荪等几个菌株,采用不同斜面培养基作了菌丝体培养比较试验.同时,我们选用锯木屑、竹屑、甘蔗渣、稻草、树枝条、棉子壳等多种原料进行不同原料配比及不同处理方法试验,现将结果报告如下.
