目的进一步做好食品卫生工作,预防家庭食物中毒事件发生。方法对2007年浦口区内发生的3起食物中毒事件进行分析。结果 3起均是家庭性化学性食物中毒,在农村地区具有普遍性和代表性。结论加强农村及社区食品卫生宣传教育,提倡科学卫生的生活习惯,加强对基层食品卫生监督管理,防止类似中毒事件的发生。
Objective To further improve food hygiene and prevent family food poisoning incidents. Methods Three food poisoning incidents occurred in Pukou District in 2007 were analyzed. Results All three cases were domestic chemical poisoning and were common and representative in rural areas. Conclusion Strengthen rural and community food hygiene publicity and education, advocate scientific and hygienic living habits, strengthen the supervision and management of grassroots food hygiene, to prevent similar poisoning incidents.
