链条销轴零件一般采用低碳合金钢进行表面化学热处理,以保证其表面耐磨而心部又有足够的强度和韧性。表面处理方法长期来沿用高温液体氰化,由于氰盐有剧毒,故存在严重的公害问题。目前虽逐步改用可倾式转炉气体碳氮共渗,但对长销轴有严重的弯曲变形,影响产品质量,且需较长的生产周期。为此,我们对销轴的用材选择及制造工艺进行综合研究,认为以轴承钢GCr15淬火、回火取代现行的用材及工艺方案有明显的优越性。它不仅能解决公害、变形等问题,缩短了生产周期,而且使零件使用寿命提高50%以上。
