患女,24岁,因停经39周,不规则腹痛半天于1998年4月1日入院。诊断:孕1产0 39周孕骶右前,枕左前临产。查体:T36.8℃,P84次/min,BP18.7/13.3kPa,心肺正常。腹围116cm,宫高34cm,胎位骶右前,枕左前,胎心136次/min,先露为臀,坐骨棘上2cm,宫口开大1cm,未破膜。双下肢浮肿(++)。处理:入院后当日在硬外麻醉下行剖宫产术,术中以臀位、头位分别取出一体
