目的观察一种介质阻挡放电等离子体消毒器的消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,对该介质阻挡放电式等离子体消毒效果进行了试验观察。结果开启等离子消毒器运行120 min,对距离消毒器50 cm处布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值仅0.14~0.45。开启等离子体消毒器运行60 min,对20 m3气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.92%;运行120 min,对30 m3密闭房间空气中自然菌平均消除率为86.02%。结论该等离子消毒器具有一定的空气消毒效果,对物体表面的消毒效果不明显。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a dielectric barrier discharge plasma sterilizer. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test and in-situ disinfection test were used to observe the disinfection effect of plasma-barrier discharge plasma. Results When the plasma sterilizer was operated for 120 min, the average kill logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was only 0.14-0.45 at 50 cm from the sterilizer. When the plasma sterilizer was operated for 60 min, the average killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus in air of 20 m3 in aerosol room was 99.92%. After 120 minutes of operation, the average elimination rate of natural bacteria in air of 30 m3 closed room was 86.02%. Conclusion The plasma sterilizer has a certain air disinfection effect, the disinfection effect on the surface of the object is not obvious.
