2009年在世界经济仍处在未知发展的形势下,中国经济却涨势凶猛。首都北京也经历了巨大的发展,从居民消费到基础设施建设都表现了强势发展势头,而这一年京城也开展了巨大的动作加快城市发展进程,城南行动、CBD东扩、“国家金融产业带”等京城运动的代表引来城市运动的热潮,地产行业借着这一轮的城市运动迎来了预期性的飞速发展。2010年京城运动真正进入大刀阔斧的实施期,地产将伴随着产生怎样的发展,是在人们的预期下继续高速前进,还是由于前期预期性消息散发后已经狂涨一轮的情况下进入滞后期?
In 2009, with the world economy still in an unknown situation, the economy of China has risen sharply. The capital city of Beijing also underwent tremendous development. From the consumption of residents to the construction of infrastructure, both showed strong momentum of development. In the capital this year, tremendous efforts were made to speed up urban development. The south of the city, the eastward expansion of CBD, the “National Finance Industrial Belt ”and other capital movements led to the movement of urban craze, the real estate industry by this round of urban movement ushered in the expected rapid development. In 2010, the capital movement has really entered a drastically implemented period. Will real estate be accompanied by any developments that have taken place, or will people continue to move forward at high speed, or have lagged behind after the anticipation has been soaring?
