对组织决策情景进行模拟,操纵高低水平的认知信任、情感信任与程序公平,探讨员工对主管的认知信任、情感信任、程序公平在员工合作倾向性上的影响。结果发现:对主管的认知信任、情感信任对员工合作倾向性的主效应明显,程序公平的作用不显著,认知信任、情感信任与程序公平的三重交互明显。在对主管认知信任高时,高程序公平条件下被试的合作倾向性显著高于低程序公平条件下的被试,情感信任的作用不明显;在低认知信任的条件下,程序公平和对主管的情感信任交互作用显著。
Simulation of organizational decision-making scenarios, the level of cognitive control manipulate the trust, emotional trust and procedural fairness, to explore the staff of the director of the cognitive trust, emotional trust, procedural fairness in employee cooperation on the propensity. Under the condition of low cognitive trust, procedural fairness There was a significant interaction with supervisor’s emotional trust.
