介绍四个105m连跨干煤棚三心圆柱面网壳结构设计,指出网壳支座设在24.10m高的柱顶比设在地面能大大提高土地使用效率。编制MSTCAD与MIDAS软件的数据转换程序,将MSTCAD的单跨网壳计算模型转换到MIDAS中,与下部支承梁、柱建立四连跨干煤棚整体空间计算模型。通过比较MIDAS与MSTCAD的计算结果,证明该设计方法的可行性与准确性,为类似多个连跨空间网格结构工程的整体空间计算与设计提供了新的解决方案。
The structure design of three centromere cylindrical reticulated shells with four 105m continuous dry coal shingle is introduced. It is pointed out that the reticulated shell support located on the top of 24.10m is more efficient than the ground on the ground. The data conversion program of MSTCAD and MIDAS software was compiled. The calculation model of MSTCAD single-span grid shell was transformed into MIDAS, and the overall space calculation model of four-span canopy coal was established with the lower support beams and columns. By comparing the results of MIDAS and MSTCAD, the feasibility and accuracy of this design method are proved, which provides a new solution for the overall space computation and design of similar multi-span space grid engineering.
