近年来,山西省原平市人武部着眼新的形势任务要求,探索了以创建“民兵文化大院”为载体,广泛开展了国防教育、科学技术、政策法规、道德法制、文化艺术五进家活动,有力地推动了社会主义新农村建设和基层民兵组织建设,在更高层次和更广领域促进了“双服务”活动的深入开展。今年9月上旬,北京军区符廷贵政委调研后对该市创建“民兵文化大院”的做法给予很高评价和充分肯定。前不久,山西省军区召开现场观摩会予以推广。
