为探讨熟地黄的抗衰老机制,本实验采用健康昆明种雄性小鼠,皮下注射D-半乳糖制成衰老模型,将模型给药组灌胃熟地黄不同溶媒提取液.结果显示:与衰老模型组相比,熟地黄氯仿提取液,乙醇提取液和水提取液均能显著提高小鼠脑组织SOD活力,P<0.01;熟地黄氯仿提取液能显著降低小鼠脑MDA含量,以熟地黄氯仿提取液对脑延缓衰老作用最佳.
In order to explore the mechanism of anti-aging of Rehmannia glutinosa, a healthy Kunming male mice were injected subcutaneously with D-galactose to make the aging model. The model group was given different doses of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. The results showed that compared with the aging model group, the chloroform extract of Rehmanniae, ethanol extract and water extract can significantly increase the activity of SOD in brain tissue of mice, P <0.01; Rehmanniae chloroform extract can significantly reduce the mice Brain MDA content, Rehmanniae chloroform extract of brain aging the best.
