晚近以来,中国法学理论学说呈现多元化格局。而汉语法学论,则占有重要一席之地。这一论述集中体现在许章润老师的新著《汉语法学论纲》之中。2014年12月20日,《汉语法学论纲》一书首发式在北大法学院凯原楼报告厅举行。我作为活动的主持人,得此机会与许老师,以及於兴中老师、王人博老师讨论汉语法学诸问题。当时就有不少共鸣,在阅读完新书之后,也乐于将心得写出,与各位分享。汉语法学的提出,并非只是一个新的概念,
