在研究了新合成试剂2(4,5二甲基-2-噻唑偶氮)-5二甲氨基酚(DMTAM)与镍的显色反应基础上,继续研究了该分析试剂与钯的显色反应。发现在聚已二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在下,钯与DMTAM形成稳定的红紫色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于585nm处,配合物的表观摩尔消光系数为6.14×10~4,钯与DMTAM的组成比为1:2,遵守比耳定律的线性范围为0—35μg/25mL。此法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便。所拟方法用于含钯分子筛及合成试样中微量钯的测定,获得满意结果。
After the color reaction of DMTAM with nickel (2, 4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolylazo) -5-dimethylaminophenol was studied, reaction. It was found that palladium and DMTAM form a stable magenta complex in the presence of poly (octylphenyl) ether polyethelene (OP) and the maximum absorption peak is at 585 nm. The apparent molar extinction coefficient of the complex is 6.14 × 10 ~ 4 , The composition ratio of palladium to DMTAM is 1: 2, and the linear range of Beer’s law is 0-35 μg / 25 mL. This method of high sensitivity, good selectivity, easy to operate. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace palladium in palladium-containing molecular sieves and synthetic samples to obtain satisfactory results.
