介绍了对ZB107型斜轴泵进行故障诊断的实验研究中振动信号采集与处理系统,用伯格算法拟合出的ZB107型斜轴泵自回归时序模型AR(20)、最大熵谱估计的概念和ZB107型斜轴泵最大熵谱谱图与FFT算法求出的传统频谱谱比较以及用NRSS参数对ZB107型斜轴泵进行故障诊断的流程图和初步验证结果,表明时间序列法是对ZB107型斜轴泵进行工况监测和故障诊断的一种可行方法。
