随着建筑行业的快速发展,对房屋建筑综合性能也提出更高的要求。而房屋建筑综合性能的决定性因素表现在施工中的地基处理方面,一般建筑施工中地基处理本身表现为复杂性较高、潜在隐患多等特点,若处理不当,便会影响建筑整体质量,甚至威胁到群众生命安全与财产安全。这就要求引入相应的施工技术,使地基处理水平得以提升。本文主要对工程施工中地基处理的相关概述、地基处理技术在施工中的应用以及地基处理新方法的引入进行探析。
