目的 :研究动脉粥样硬化 (AS)低危与高危人群血清高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)亚类组成及含量的差异。方法 :采用双向电泳 免疫印迹检测法分析了 2 92例受试者血清HDL亚类的组成及含量。结果 :与AS低危组比较 ,中间组前 β1 HDL和前 β2 HDL(P <0 .0 1 )以及HDL3a(P <0 .0 5 )含量显著增加 ,AS高危组前 β1 HDL、前 β2 HDL、HDL3b、HDL3a含量显著增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;AS高危组与中间组比较 ,前β1 HDL、HDL3a含量显著增加 (P <0 .0 1 )。与AS低危组比较 ,中间组HDL2b含量显著减少 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,AS高危组HDL2a、HDL2b含量显著减少(P <0 .0 1 ) ;AS高危组与中间组比较 ,HDL2a(P <0 .0 5 )、HDL2b(P <0 .0 1 )含量显著减少。结论 :AS高危人群HDL颗粒明显变小 ,其成熟过程受阻 ,维持HDL亚类组成及含量的合理分布 ,对降低AS性心血管疾病的发生率具有十分重要的意义
Objective: To study the composition and content of serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) subtypes in atherosclerotic (AS) low risk and high risk population. Methods: The composition and content of serum HDL subclasses in 2 92 subjects were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis and Western blotting. Results: The levels of pre-β1 HDL and pre-β2 HDL (P <0. 01) and HDL3a (P <0. 05) in intermediate group were significantly increased compared with low-risk AS group , HDL3b and HDL3a (P <0.01). Compared with the middle group, the content of HDL3a and HDL3a in high-risk group increased significantly (P <0.01). The levels of HDL2b in intermediate group were significantly lower than those in low-risk AS group (P <0.01), and the levels of HDL2a and HDL2b in high-risk group were significantly decreased (P <0.01) P <0. 05), HDL2b (P <0. 01) content was significantly reduced. CONCLUSIONS: HDL particles in high risk population of AS are obviously smaller and their maturation process is blocked. It is very important to maintain the distribution of HDL subclass composition and content, and to reduce the incidence of AS cardiovascular disease
