Undergraduates are the process of transition from campus to society, while college graduates are the result of the transition process and face many problems. This article discusses the problems existing in college graduates’ interviews, preparation for interviews, attentive matters in interviewing process, and psychological debugging of interviews, hoping to inspire college students who are about to go to society.
