目的;本文探讨人睾丸癌组织中C-myc蛋白及ras基因产物p21蛋白表达的临床意义。方法:应用C-myc和p21单克隆抗体,通过免疫组织化学方法检测5例正常睾丸组织和27例军丸癌组织中ras癌基因产物p21和C-myc蛋白的表达状况。结果:5例正常睾丸组织中未发现p21和C-myc蛋白阳性表达。阳性表达的p21和C-myc蛋白分别定位于肿瘤的细胞膜上和细胞核内。27例来扎癌中p21和C-myc蛋白阳性表达率分别为44.4%(12/27)和48.2%(13/27),并且与病理分级和临床分期相关。结论:提示p21和C-myc蛋白阳性表达在睾丸癌发生和发展中起着重要作用,可作为评价睾丸癌预后的新参数。
Objective; This paper discusses the clinical significance of C-myc protein and ras gene product p21 protein expression in human testicular cancer. METHODS: The expression of ras oncogene product p21 and C-myc protein was detected by immunohistochemistry using C-myc and p21 monoclonal antibodies in 5 cases of normal testicular tissue and 27 cases of military cancer. RESULTS: No positive expression of p21 and C-myc protein was found in 5 normal testis tissues. Positively expressed p21 and C-myc proteins are localized on the cell membrane and in the nucleus of tumors, respectively. The positive expression rates of p21 and C-myc protein in 27 cases of metastasis were 44.4% (12/27) and 48.2% (13/27), respectively, and correlated with pathological grade and clinical stage. Conclusion: It is suggested that the positive expression of p21 and C-myc protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of testicular cancer. It can be used as a new parameter to evaluate the prognosis of testicular cancer.
