密立根实验是物理学的经典实验之一,也是近代物理中直接测量电子电量的著名实验。实验进一步证实了电子的存在,揭示了电荷的非连续性。高中物理课本(甲种本)第二册增加了这个实验,对扩大学生的视野有好处。但在中学里往往因缺乏仪器无法做这一实验。我们利用APPLE-Ⅱ微机模拟演示了这一实验,生动地描绘了带电油滴在电场中运动的动态过程,有声有色,效果十分显著。
The Millikan experiment is one of the classic experiments in physics, and it is also a famous experiment that directly measures the electric quantity of electricity in modern physics. The experiment further confirmed the existence of electrons and revealed the non-continuity of charge. The second volume of the high school physics textbook (A kind) has added this experiment, which is good for expanding students’ horizons. However, in the middle schools, this experiment is often impossible due to the lack of instruments. We used the APPLE-II computer simulation to demonstrate this experiment and vividly described the dynamic process of the charged oil droplets moving in the electric field. The sound is chromatic and the effect is very significant.
