研究水泥基复合材料上化学镀镍层的内应力对镀层与基体结合力的影响以及结合力的主要来源,并通过这种研究寻找出良好的化学镀镍工艺,为 MDF 水泥基复合材料的表面化学镀镍工作打下了基础。
The effect of internal stress of electroless nickel plating on the bond strength between coating and substrate and the main source of binding force were studied. And through this research, a good electroless nickel plating process was found out to be the best choice for the surface of MDF cement-based composites Nickel plating laid the foundation for the work.
