近年来,在湖北省委、省政府的重视与支持下,全省各级党委、政府及文化部门紧扣全面深化改革的要求,牢固树立现代文化治理理念,把公共文化服务体系建设作为文化建设的首要任务,以保障群众基本文化权益为根本,以重大文化项目为抓手,以公共文化设施为载体,以文化惠民服务为核心,不断加大工作力度,着力解决制约公共文化发展的突出问题,取得了初步成效,全省现代公共文化服务体系建设呈现出蓬勃发展、整体推进、重点突破的良好态势。
