辉南县建设局是政府主管城乡建设和城市管理的职能部门,内设6个职能科室,辖属28个基层单位,其中5户三级建安施工企业,职工2716人中高级职称62人,初级职称310人。主要工作职责是对建筑施工、建筑市场、工程设计、工程质量、城乡规划、房政管理、市政设施、园林绿化、市容市貌、城管监察等实施全方位行业管理。同时,参与工程招投标,承揽建筑工程,已实现图纸设计、工程施工、集中供热、燃气入户、小区物业等“一条龙”系列服务体系。
