目的 探讨多媒体医学显微诊断仪 (MCMDI)用于小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体 (MP)感染的早期快速诊断及其准确性。方法 取患儿末梢血 2 0 μL置玻片上 ,不加任何试剂 ,在MCMDI下直接观察粘附在宿主红细胞膜表面的MP形态及运动。同时进行血清MP特异性抗体IgM (MP -IgM )测定。疾病组 10 8例 ,健康组 30例。 结果 MCMD对MP检出率为 80 6 % ,血清MP -IgM检出率为 6 2 0 % ,并发现前者与血清MP -IgM检出结果存在高度相关关系 (P <0 0 1) ,末梢血MP检出率与病程无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 MCMDI可用于小儿呼吸道MP感染的早期快速诊断
Objective To investigate the early rapid diagnosis and accuracy of multi-media medical microscopy (MCMDI) for the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods Twenty (20) μL peripheral bloods of children were placed on glass slides, and without any reagents, the morphology and motility of MP adhered to the surface of host erythrocyte membrane were observed directly under MCMDI. Serum MP-specific IgM (MP-IgM) assay was also performed. 108 cases of disease group, 30 cases of health group. Results The detection rate of MP was 80.6% for MCMD and 62.0% for MP-IgM in serum. There was a significant correlation between the former and serum MP-IgM (P <0.01), and the peripheral blood The detection rate of MP was not related to the course of disease (P> 0.05). Conclusion MCMDI can be used for the early rapid diagnosis of MP infection in children with respiratory tract
