自整风以来,本院在总后党委和总后政治部、卫生部的领导下,紧紧地抓住了医院中的两条道路斗争的问题。在反右后转入整改阶段,随即在全院范围内开展了一个以整顿医疗作风为主的知识份子思想改造运动,大破资产阶级医疗作风,大立无产阶级的医疗作风,狠狠地打击了资产阶级个人主义名利思想,使全体人员的政治觉悟大为提高,对病人的阶级同情心也大为加强。紧接着又点起双反的烈火,猛烧浪费和保守,横扫三风五气,知识份子进行了深入的自觉思想革命,无产阶级思想占领了医疗阵地,政治统帅了技术,全院工作大跃进,到处呈现着一切为病人着想,一切造福于病人的新气象。
