1987～1997年，我院共收治胃恶性肿瘤425例，其中胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤15例，现总结如下。1临床资料本组采用Bawson五条标准，即：（）无浅表淋巴结肿大。（）胸片无纵隔淋巴结肿大。（3）末梢血象及骨髓无幼稚或异常细胞。（）肿瘤定位于胃肠道或该引流区域淋巴结受累。（5）肝?
From 1987 to 1997, a total of 425 cases of gastric malignancies were treated in our hospital. Among them, 15 cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the stomach were summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data The group used five Bawson criteria, namely: () no superficial lymphadenopathy. () Chest radiograph without mediastinal lymphadenopathy. (3) There are no naive or abnormal cells in peripheral blood and bone marrow.
