MIMO信道容量下降的主要原因是发射天线发出的信号在接收端形成的空间特征相似度太大造成的。有选择除去一些空间特征太为相似的天线能够有效的提高信道容量。为此本文提出了一种综合评估准则:波束形成矢量的范数。仿真结果表明,在发射天线总数相同的条件下,基于本文方法的选择效果逼近最大容量的选择效果。在自适应链路的实现中,发射天线的个数由接收性能最差信道的信噪比确定,能够保证在当时通信环境下最大的空间复用系数。
The main reason for the drop of MIMO channel capacity is that the similarity of the spatial features formed by the signals transmitted by the transmitting antenna on the receiving end is too large. The selective removal of some antennas whose spatial characteristics are too similar can effectively improve the channel capacity. To this end, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation criteria: Beamforming vector norm. Simulation results show that under the same total number of transmitting antennas, the selection effect based on the method in this paper approaches the effect of maximum capacity selection. In the realization of adaptive links, the number of transmitting antennas is determined by the signal-to-noise ratio of the channel with the worst reception performance, which can ensure the maximum spatial multiplexing coefficient in the communication environment at the time.
