目的:研究并分析无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的配合与护理的效果。方法:选取的研究对象是我院的50例在我院接受无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的患者,按照随机的原则平均分为两组,试验组患者接受手术前后的专业护理干预,对照组患者仅接受常规的护理措施,比较两组患者对护理效果的满意度。结果:对两组患者分别进行护理后,试验组患者对手术前后护理的满意度为96.00%明显大于对照组患者的满意度(68.00%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛胃镜下行食管静脉曲张套扎术前后进行专业的护理干预,有助于患者的恢复,有较好的效果,且在患者中取得了较好的满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To study and analyze the effect of painless gastroscopic variceal ligation and nursing. Methods: Fifty patients in our hospital undergoing painless gastroscopic variceal ligation were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group received professional nursing intervention before and after surgery. Patients in the control group received only routine care measures, and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results: After nursing the two groups, the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.00%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: The professional nursing intervention before and after esophagogastric varicose ligation under painless gastroscope is helpful to the recovery of patients with good results, and has achieved good satisfaction in patients and is worthy of clinical promotion .
